Tees Valley Beef Chilli con Carne

Robin’s family have spent generations farming at Neasham Grange in the Tees Valley, a traditional English estate. His home reared Continental Cross are a combination of British and European breeds.

The cattle are kept on grassy parkland where they roam and graze throughout the summer. This great British beef is melt in the mouth tender and we use in one of our favourite recipes: Home Reared Beef in Black Velvet Ale.
