The "Trouvillais"

The Biscuiterie de l’Abbaye offers the best of Normandy following the tradition of Trouville, the famous gastronomy centre in Normandy with its fishing and many well known restaurants.

The ‘Trouvillais’ biscuit combines crème fraiche and fruit in an all butter shortbread pastry. The ‘Trouvillais’ is made with local produce, offering a variety of flavours in crispy biscuits.

Our ‘Trouvillais’ are made with Isigny AOC butter and fresh cream.
