Troussepinète with natural blackthorn

The Bag In Box of lise Baccara Troussepinète : the first troussepinète recipe in BIB produced from true wild shoots of blackthorn ! During the spring the wild shoots of blackthorn are collected in the outskirt of St Martin Lars in Vendée (85). Then they will be soaked for a few days in a sligthly sweetened wine with no alcohol added. This creation is available in three liters BIB or in 75cl bottle. It is low in alcohol and is only 11%vol.
