La Croissanterie is a french fast-food chain founded in 1977 by Jean-Luc Bret, with a first store in Paris, next to the Gare Saint-Lazare. Today, the company accounts over 200 sandwich shops in Europe (including 60% under franchises), and generated €34M of sales revenue in 2014. La Croissanterie's concept has three basis : the quality, the innovation with the launch of recipes which are the signature of the group, and its commited workforce. Since 2013, the company is managed by Marie-Pierre Soury, and belongs to the 50 best companies led by a women, according to the Palmarès Women Equity.
