Veroni Spa

Veroni Spa was founded in Correggio in 1925. Since then the company has enjoyed ongoing growth and has opening new production factories located within the Emilia Romagna region where the most celebrated PGI and PDO deli meats are produced. In March 2015, Veroni opened a slicing plant in the USA with the aim of offering 100% Italian cold cuts to the local market. All the products which are shipped to the USA are made in Italy to be sliced locally to ensure maximum freshness.

Today the fourth generation of the family is at the helm of the company and consistently pursue an important common goal, namely to exalt the goodness and genuineness of their products bringing harmony between tradition and technological innovation giving great importance to food safety and customer satisfaction.

Veroni offers an extensive range of all the finest Italian meat products including Parma Ham, Italian cured ham, salami, PGI mortadella, cooked and roasted hams and a selection of coppa and pancetta. The very high quality of Veroni’s products stems from the rigorous selection of the raw materials, full compliance with hygiene standards and scrupulous controls throughout all the production processes in accordance with the HACCP manuals set in place at each factory. Veroni’s factories are regularly certified by international accredited certification bodies ensuring premium food safety and production quality (eg. BRC, IFS or USDA).

 

Our goal is to minimise the use of plastic. For our new product lines we use FSC-certified and recyclable paper: the Nature line trays, for example, are produced with 75% less plastic than traditional Veroni trays. All materials of the BrioBrain Kits can be recycled into paper. The outer case is produced with FSC-certified paper, which means that it comes from responsibly managed forests.
