Despite the adjective "The Raw" does not give it justice, it's a really superfine oil, which is placed in the bottle as it comes from the mill. 
Its features are the opacity and veiled natural elements that can create a little ' deposit on the bottom of the bottle: it does not mean absolutely poor product quality or taste alteration, but integrity and naturalness oil dates from not having undergone any filtration. 
In a way it is the representation of life itself: fruity, sometimes dull, sharp and with a tinge of bitterness complex!
