Our company was born in Bias orchards in front of the Castle of the Thirteenth Century in the “Lot-et -Garonne”. As from the beginning Pierre Chabrié has carried on an old tradition, hence making fruit his “chef d’œuvre”. Thanks to its creator, Favols has become a jam manufacturer directly inspired from the cooking and gastronomic talent of the South-west of France. Fifty years later, the company keeps on preserving his native land culture, to offer the best of fruit with Quality and Innovation set up as priorities, offering gourmet & premium jams, chutneys, savoury conventional - organic, spreads and products targeted with optimized low GI. Thanks to a manufacturing unit with low temperature cooking process, our commitment for premium raw material and best service to the consumer, we offer a unique know-how and ensure the best standards of quality.
