Poggio del Farro has been cultivating and producing products made from the ancient grain Spelt in Tuscany since 1999. Our carefully monitored process starts with the selection of the seeds that we supply the farmers, which are then planted, harvested, and milled. A single raw material, also known as Farro, transformed into a wide range of products: from the single grain, to breakfast cereals, snack bars, pasta, soups, biscuits, etc. Our passion for genuine and traditional food, bring you the true flavours of Italy. Thanks to the quality granted both in the farming of the raw materials and in all its following processing, spelt reaches the consumer’s table, keeping its valuable qualities unchanged.
