Biebelhausener Mühle is a traditional, family-run business. As both producer and supplier, we provide our customers with high quality baked goods, and we specialise in frozen products.

Today BHM employs around 500 people, combining classic baking traditions and artisanal skill with state-of-the art production facilities. All our ingredients, and all our finished products, are subject to the strictest internal quality control. Because at BHM, premium quality is our main objective!

In 2019, we will launch our new Organic product line, which will be presented for the first time at the frozen summit
