Azcoa Olive Oil is produced in Trás-os-Montes (TOM) Portugal, in a Mediterranean-type climate, characterized by a sharp temperature variation, cold winters, hot summers, low rainfall throughout the year and high topography. The Olive Oil Azcoa has Protected Designation of Origin (in Portuguese D.O.P.) and is the result of entirely organic methodologies and techniques.

The initial taste is characterized by a nutty flavor, followed by an intense flavor of fresh olives and green fields. In the end we are surprised by a spicy note, in the throat, but not bitter in the mouth.
