Chicken Liver Parfait

Our Award winning Chicken Liver Parfait is light, smooth and velvety, it's a cnwd favourite and extreamly yummy. It is made with organic chicken livers from Capestone Farm in Pembrokeshire and we only use good old Welsh salty butter. We don't add any preservatives or stableizers- just the good stuff. Our products don't have a massive shelf life and we are proud of it. Only fresh will do. This product has recently been given a 2gold star in the 2012 Great Taste awards, it has also recieved a 2012/13 True Taste Award.... Some information. The jar size is 190g - this serves about 3 people. Serve our parfait with fresh sour dough and our Red Onion Marmalade. The Parfait has a 20 day shelf life when stored in the fridge unopened, however once opened we recommend you eat within 3 days.
