Alagna
The Alagna family uses the best grapes produced in its own vineyards spread in the Marsala, Mazara, Trapani and Salemi areas where the grape varieties necessary for the production of its wines are grown: Zibibbo, Nero d'Avola, Grillo, Catarratto, Inzolia and Damaschino.
Alagna Winery produces, matures, bottles and stores the wines from its local vineyards, with a capacity of 50,000 hectoliters. The variety of production is diversified, being able to offer red wines, with unique characteristics and flavors, and white wines such as Grillo or Inzolia, all from Sicilian varieties.
The winery attaches particular importance to fortified wines, aged in oak barrels, used to preserve fortified wines, produced in limited quantities from the best grapes.
The wine produced by Crama Alagna has a close relationship with Italian gastronomy, as it is widely used in the preparation of traditional dishes. The winery can offer for the preparation of sweet and savory recipes: Marsala Secco (dry), Marsala Dolce (sweet), Cremovo. You can visit our website https://www.alagnavini.com/en/ricette/ to discover recipes using Marsala wines.
In order to offer you a wider spectrum of our wine production (Vermouth for cocktails, dessert wines, for cooking, for religious liturgies, etc.), I can provide the product catalog along with the presentation of the Alagna Winery.
