Organic parboiled rice

The Garden Organic brown rice is grown in paddy fields in the Mediterranean Basin. The husk called "sound" was retained, thus preserving fiber, minerals, vitamins and trace elements.

During its manufacture, this was pre-cooked rice which can limit the final cooking time to about ten minutes. This rice to flavor evoking pleasant nuts, perfectly brighten your meats, fish, vegetables or salads.
