This year Pasante Healthcare Ltd, celebrates 20 years of sexual health. Being part of Karex Bhd, one of the largest condom manufacturers in the world with over 28 years of condom & lubricant manufacturing experience, Pasante Healthcare can access this manufacturing expertise to provide you with your unique private label requirements. We can guide you through our private label process from concept to shelf, including regulatory requirements, dedicated account and QA Management as well as a dedicated in-house design studio (if required) with over 20 years’ experience and a wealth of knowledge in sexual health branding. 

All our latex condoms are compliant with various certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, CE Mark, UKCA, BSI Kitemark, FDA 510(K), NF, CMDCAS and SABS. This demonstrates the ability to continually manufacture products that meet changing customer needs and specifications. All Private Label condoms go through extensive quality testing before being shipped out to our customers such as electronically, burst pressure, water leakage, burst volume, electrolyte tested, visible checks and more. 

We only offer lubricants that are medical devices as they are used on the most intimate parts of the body and enter into these areas. As such, it is in the user's intertest that all products are extensively tested and approved for use without reservations. For a personal lubricant to be marketed as a class IIb medical device, the manufacturer must provide proof that their quality management system is certified in line with ISO standards 13485:2016.

Karex has 4 facilities across Malaysia and Thailand and the Thai facility is the largest and most modern plant with the capacity to produce 2.2 billion pieces a year and has been recently renovated and been successfully accredited to the ISO 50001 Energy Management System certification.

Karex design and develop their own primary manufacturing apparatus in-house such as glass formers, dipping machines, electronic testing equipment and foiling machines, this allows Karex to customise and produce condoms to the customers specifications.
