For several years now here at Molino Nicoli we have been making an organic variant of polenta alongside our traditional Come Una Volta Polenta. For this particular product, we select and use maize that comes exclusively from our controlled agricultural supply chain. It is cultivated here in Italy, contains no GMO-ingredients and is gluten free.
Our maize is dried at low temperatures only, a process that makes it possible to preserve its natural properties and nutritional value.
After milling, our organic polenta flour is ready to be served and tasted at your table! This particular flour type is a product of organic agriculture that excludes the use of synthetic chemical substances, pesticides and weed killers.
