The factory is 4.000 square meter and employing 60 people.
The production site is equipped with the most modern technologies in full respect of all hygiene and health rules, producing custom made pizzas and pizza bases, both fresh and frozen, with dough of variable thickness as well as different diameters and shapes, and personalized packaging.

Le goût du Roquefort PAPILLON est inimitable. C’est celui de la tradition, d’une personnalité typée dont le secret réside pour une grande part dans l’originalité du Pénicillium Roqueforti. Paissant entre 750 et 1100 mètres, une altitude où les herbages présentent les meilleures qualités, nos brebis sont traites matin et soir. Le lait, acheminé jusqu'à la fromagerie PAPILLON quelques heures après la traite, il est, après caillage, découpé en tout petits dés, selon des méthodes issues des traditions fromagères du Pays de Roquefort. Incorporé au caillé de brebis dès la laiterie, le Pénicillium Roqueforti est un des ingrédients essentiels de la saveur du produit. Il est issu du pain fabriqué par les Fromageries PAPILLON, obtenu à partir de seigles cultivés sur des terrains acides à 1000 mètres d’altitude où tout engrais chimique est prohibé. Après mise en forme, le fromage est égoutté et salé. Le fromage est ensuite placé sur chant au coeur des caves. Ici les fleurines, véritables failles naturelles reliant la cave à l’air libre, permettent de maintenir un taux d’humidité constant. Dès lors, le Pénicillium Roqueforti va poursuivre son lent travail et étendre ses veinures bleues au coeur de la pâte. En moyenne, 150 jours et plus de 70 contrôles qualité sont encore nécessaires pour parfaire l’affinage d’un Roquefort PAPILLON.

In the World of cheese producers Le Larry takes a particular place. We produce goat cheese in a traditional manner, with the same enthusiasm with which we started 25 years ago. Le Larry is the story of Gino and Nadine de Clercq, two creative entrepreneurs originating from East-Flanders in Belgium. Given their background, it is actually no surprise that they would undertake something in the agro-food sector. Gino comes from a family of greenhouse builders in the flower town of Lochristi. He studied at a cooking school. Nadine originates from a family of farmers. In 1981 they started a goat farm in Lochristi "as they wanted to do something that would bring them close to nature". To learn the process of cheese making, they went to France. Initially Gino and Nadine produced a type of quark cheese. Until the moment they met with a specialist in the neighbourhood of Amiens in the North of France. There they discovered how to prepare a fresh cheese "à la louche". Then and there Le Larry cheese was born and in the First few years the product was especially delivered in the region around Lille in the North of France.

Les P’tits Amoureux, is a French artisanal but tough producer of biscuits & pastries.
Our delices are inspired by traditional recipes. Prepared with noble and regional raw materials (as high quality PDO butter, butter of ‘chefs’), our products led us to become a national reference on the market of high range biscuits.
Our BRC and IFS certificated workshop is based in a French region Deux-Sèvres, in Ardin, where passionate pastry cookers are turning only regionally selected ingredients into products of the best quality.

It all began almost a century ago! Haitoglou family had just arrived in Thessaloniki, Greece after leeing Asia Minor. The most important thing they brought with them was not their belongings: It was their love for family traditions and a secret family recipe for making the most popular sesame-based treat… Halva.
It was in 1924 that they opened a small shop dedicated to creating their delicious halva by hand in small batches, continuing the craft their fathers and grandfathers had taught them.
Throughout the years many things changed: the small shop became the center of attention for everyone that loved halva, as more and more people were drawn to this artisanal treat.
But some things remained the same: The passion to create the best products, the legacy embodied in the family’s secret recipe and, of course, the symbol of a female figure in a traditional Northern Greek costume.
The “woman from Thessaloniki” - or the “Halva Lady” as she became widely known - the proud, graceful figure with no name, started as a symbol to help people identify their favorite halva at a time when many couldn’t read. While the image evolved over time, it’s still the emblem of Haitoglou Family Foods, as it embodies our roots, heritage and tradition.
Building on our family’s values, we continue our mission with a passion to share our legacy, our unique craft and our favorite products with every family, as we have done for four generations.

The unique landscape of the Langrüti in Hünenberg, in Switzerland's geographic centre, is the place where the family business Lustenberger + Durst has been established for generations. Its headquarters merge perfectly in the picturesque surroundings. In the characteristic cheese-cellars of the Langrüti, space is given over to the cheese and to time. Thousands of cheese "wheels" are cared for in the silence of our cellars emerged in an atmosphere of absolute peace.
