Quadrum Foods’ second main branch of activity - fruits & vegetables purees. Purees are produced by processing the edible parts of fruits or vegetables. They are made from uncooked goods, which has had the skin and seeds removed. They have a mushy texture, and often contain traces of fruit / vegetable. This peculiar texture comes from the extraction of juice during processing. Purees are used as an ingredient by many food industry segments. They are especially popular in beverage, dairy, confectionery, baby food and baked goods. But why? Firstly, healthy eating habits among consumers have spotlighted the use of natural and organic materials instead of artificial flavors in food production. Pulps act as natural taste, color, and texture enhancers. They instill a non-artificial intense fruit flavor into food products. Secondly, they also work as natural sweeteners. And last but not least, purees keep an important nutritional content from the fresh fruits or vegetables: vitamins & minerals, antioxidants, phytochemicals, and prebiotics. Puree stands out among other natural ingredients, like fresh or frozen products. It is attractive to industry players for being more efficiently handled in logistics. It has a longer storage life than fresh fruit / vegetable without much alteration to natural content and flavor. Additionally, this factor means reduced transportation and storage costs. The range of products we deal with is ample. In close cooperation with our long-term business partner Real S.A. we are processing Polish “classics” purees, such as black / red currants, raspberries, strawberries, sour cherries etc. Furthermore, worldwide connections and our experienced team made sure to establish partnerships with the most admirable companies from all around the globe, giving us the possibility to produce exotic products on our own account and deliver them to both Poland and other EU countries. Mortadella Bologna IGP-- Stuffed Mortadella with ham -
Pure pork Mortadella without polyphosphates and caseinates, made into a cylindrical natural or synthetic bladder, weighting 30 kg entire or in halves, vacuum packed, with or without pistachio. There is another type, oval shape made into a natural bladder with a capacity of 8/10 Kg or 12/14 Kg, one-piece or half-piece, with or without pistachio vacuum packed. Available also in “Ovalina” size of approx. 700 grams calibrated and quarters of around 300 grams. Available in several sizes and calibres on demand.
