Masahiro Pure Malt Whisky blends a Pure Malt aged in sherry and oak cases for more than three years and Jack Daniel’s first fill bourbon barrel aged for at least half a year. Okinawa’s humid and warm subtropical climate and the Pacific Ocean breeze help accelerate the cask maturation, creating a rich and balanced flavor with hints of tropical fruit.
Masahiro Distillery was founded in 1883 by Shobun Higa, whose father Shozoku Higa was the Master Chef for the ancient Ryukyu Kingdom. With the help of Shozoku Higa’s reputation and connections, the distillery was awarded the license to make the traditional Okinawan spirit ‘awamori’ and has since established itself as one of the oldest and largest distilleries in Okinawa. Shozoku’s passion for cuisine can be found alive and well today in Masahiro Distillery’s company philosophy for producing only the best liquors.

SEARA is the first craft vodka made in Okinawa. We used traditional technique to make this spirits the same way that use to make Awamori. The technique has been used in this southern island for over 130 years.
This Vodka is made for drink directly on the rock or straight, unlike regular vodka using for cocktail base.

Recipe 02 uses a large amount of Okinawa’s local citrus “Tankan” as its main gin spice. Combined with southern-style mint, cloves, moon peach, ginger, and lemongrass to create a craft gin with a refreshing taste and aroma.
“Recipe 2” has a distinct herbal flavor different from that of “Recipe 01.” Making a Gin Tonic or Gin Rickey to best enjoy its aromatic and refreshing taste.

The “floral aroma edition” is the third release in the Bartender ‘s batch series. With the smooth and refined Awamori sake as its basic ingredient, this gin features juniper berries, complimented by four select local ingredients of Okinawa – watermelons from Nakiji, fennel flowers from Miyakojima, and Shikuwasa (Okinawan citrus) from Yanbaru. Every ingredient has been distilled and repeatedly tested by our two collaborate bartenders – Tomoaki Nakamura and Manabu Oshiro, who worked together to perfect this gin. To achieve the goal of creating a “rich floral aroma and pure and clear flavor,” the alcohol content has been changed form 47 degrees to 40, giving the drinker a unique experience even drinking it purely on the rocks.
Tasting Note:
Nose: The top note is a gorgeous white floral scent of fennel, gradually giving way to a sweet melon-like aroma. There is also afruity, fresh scent of watermelon.
Palate: It tastes of natural sweetness from fresh watermelon with the fruity aroma of melon; a rich flavor of juniper berries on the palate and a very small amount of fennel through the nose.
Finish: The body is round and light.

Tasting notes:
Nose: the aroma recalls the sweet bitterness of dark chocolate.

This gluhwein is made using high quality Spanish wine flavored with cinnamon, anise, cloves and orange peel. Aromas and flavors are reminiscent of Christmas spices and dried fruits such as blueberries, currants and plums.
Fantazzy is a wine inspired by the link between the earth, the sky and the stars. It evokes the richness and generosity of Mediterranean nature. The vines grow deep in a mostly limestone clay earth with alluvial deposits, and benefit from excellent sunshine exposure. Part of the grapes are harvested overripe. The harvest is 100% destemmed. A cold prefermentation maceration is made in order to optimize the aromatic concentration and extract the freshness of the fruit. Traditional winemaking methods are applied with a strict temperature control all along the process. A gentle extraction of the tannins is ensured by pumping over and regular punching dawn (pigeage). L’Esparrou Vin Orange encapsulates the convergence of tradition and a spirit of discovery. It is an ode, not only to the history of wine, but also to the future of vineyards and winegrowers who create, invent and craft wine every day. Inspired by Georgian winemaking techniques, and adapted by our winemakers to suit Mediterranean vineyard sites, l’Esparrou Vin Orange is the ultimate fusion of ideas and passion. Made from old vine Vermentino, Viognier and Muscat, l’Esparrou Vin Orange is a white skin-contact wine made using the same winemaking techniques as for red wine. The process allows the wine to develop its tannins and aromatic substance. The grapes are picked at peak ripeness then undergo lengthy fermentation at low temperatures followed by malolactic fermentation and long post-fermentation maceration lasting 3 to 4 weeks.

Le Temps, marked with the letter alpha: α, begins its history in 2021. Resolutely earthy, this cuvée comes from terroirs in the foothills of the Montagne Noire and the Pyrenees. It includes the pebbles of Château Vaugelas in Corbières and the unique terroir of pink marble and schist of Château Villerambert in the northern Minervois. Le Temps α brings together 4 iconic Languedoc grape varieties selected from the 2018, 2019 and 2020 vintages to create a powerful and spicy cuvée. Each of the selected vintages has in common long macerations of 4 weeks that can go up to 6 weeks. The lees are put back in suspension during the maceration.
Located in the heart of the largest classified natural site in Languedoc, Château Capitoul takes advantage of its unique location and stands as an exclamation point at the end of the peninsula. Ôde is a tribute to its Mediterranean terroir and the French department of Aude where Capitoul is located. Clay-limestone vineyard, home to pine groves, moorland and garrigue, is strongly influenced by sea breezes, thus producing very fresh wines. The grapes are harvested in the coolest hours of the night then go direct-to-press in an oxygen-free environment to ensure the full integrity of its aromas is preserved. The blend promotes aromatic complexity in the wines, mingling fresh, fruity notes with spicy scents. Ageing on fine lees after alcoholic fermentation bolsters volume on the palate.
The outstanding location for Vaugelas sits right below the Corbières fault line, in Lagrasse valley. Surrounded by the Black Mountains and Mount Alaric, the vineyards are kept healthy by the wind that is funnelled through a corridor located to the north. The terrain here is extremely arid and the vineyards draw their strength from a judiciously located spring 140 metres below ground. Vaugelas comprises 4 distinct terraces of pebbles, schist, clay and gravel. This extensive property produces single vineyard selections, creating a complex array of wines. WINEMAKING The Grenache is made using the ‘saignee’ method, whilst the Syrah is pressed. The grapes are picked by night. Alcoholic fermentation occurs very slowly and at low temperatures. The wines are aged on their lees for 3 months.
Surrounded by a magnificent park, this pretty building is located not far from Pézenas, in Servian, with the Carroux massif as the backdrop. The wines are vinified on site, in the modern facilities of the estate's cellar. The 90 hectare vineyard surrounds the Château de Cantaussels. Clayey-gravelly soil particularly well adapted to the vine. The grape varieties reach full maturity slowly and gradually, which gives the wines the finest aromas. Harvested at the coolest hours of the night, some Grenache and Cinsault are bled, which gives the wine a lot of fat. Others are pressed directly and bring their freshness. The juices are fermented between 15 and 18 °C in stainless steel tanks, which allows the maximum amount of fruit to be kept.

With its 235 hectares, Château de Millegrand is one of the largest wine domains in the Languedoc. It stretches the length of the Canal du Midi in the commune of Trèbes in the department of Aude. It was given to the Abbey of Lagrasse in the 12th century and belonged to the clergy up until 2003 when the Bonfils family acquired it following an agreement with the Bishop of Carcassonne. Comprised of a hamlet just above the Canal du Midi, the property is shared across a gravelly plateau with clay hillocks which produces AOC Minervois an alluvial plain which produces Vins de Pays. The stems are removed and the grapes are crushed before being placed in the cuves where they shall macerate for 20 days. The fermentation step lasts approximately 14 days and is done under temperature control (always under 28°). Maceration on the lees lasts for up to 5 weeks for the Carignan and the Shiraz.
Domaine de Cibadiès overlooks the Canal du Midi valley, UNESCO world heritage site. Old Roman then Cathar territory, Laurent Bonfils family has settled on the heights of this hill, surrounded by pine groves in 1979. The 92 ha of east / west facing vineyards located on hillsides and terraces, is an ideal terroir for Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Cibadies hill, true natural wall, delimits the vineyard to the south and forms the famous storm barrier. Winds and rains alternating with a blazing sun constitutes its meso-climate and allows the grapes to reach optimum maturity. Thanks to yield control (not more than 50Hl/hectare) the estate produces wines of great quality. The Chardonnay grapes are harvested extra ripe to undergo skin maceration from 6 to 12 hours before being pneumatically pressed. All oxidation is prevented during the winemaking process. Temperature is set around 16°C.

The 144-hectare vineyard sustainably grown of Château Vaugelas is made up of 4 very distinct terraces, pebbles, shale, clay and gravel. This vast property in parcel selection composes the complexity of its wines. After the stems have been removed, the grapes go through a fermentation process entirely done under temperature control. The juices then spend 20 to 24 days in stainless steel vats where they are treated with care in order to extract the best of each varietal. The wines then age in oak casks for 6 months.

Zarea Royal Gold 23K has a crystalline golden yellow colour with suspended elements (flakes/ 23K gold leaf). The flavours are of overripe fruits (pineapple, golden apple, melon and banana) with delicate hints of caramel and toffee. The texture is creamy and savoury, slightly citrusy, with a delicate acidity and a lingering, long, juicy aftertaste.
Food Pairing:
